Peta Malthouse worked with Philip Bennett for 18 years prior to forming Childlawpartnership in 2001.
She is a longstanding member of the Children Panel and committed to working with children.
She is a past Chair of a small surrey charity which provides counselling services to children and their families and is the Chair of her local parish council.
Peta is committed to working with families to achieve the best outcome possible for their children in every aspect of that child's care and educational needs.
Peta is a member of The Assn of Lawyers for Children and Resolution as well as the Child Poverty Action Group.
