Rita joins the Child Law Partnership having practised family law in Surrey for over 20 years. Rita will be advising clients on all aspects that arise following the breakdown of a relationship, whether clients are married, living together or in a civil partnership.
Rita is an accredited specialist with Resolution. Resolution is a group of around 5000 family lawyers who are committed to easing the pain and the financial costs of family breakdown. All Resolution members follow a code of practice which encourages solutions rather than confrontation, and which takes into account the needs of the whole family. Being an accredited specialist with Resolution means that Rita has passed a written test demonstrating a breadth of knowledge of family law issues and specialist knowledge in at least two areas of family law.

Rita is committed to encouraging a conciliatory approach to resolving family disputes. That way, both the emotional and financial costs of divorce or family breakdown are minimised for those involved. Rita will be bringing her knowledge and experience to assist people who are going through a very difficult time and to help them work through that.
