Flexible Cost Structure
Due to the complex nature of family law, there are often additional hurdles and unforeseen circumstances that can occur during a case. In these instances, and for ongoing work, we adopt a bespoke cost structure which will be charged accordingly.  We will quote you estimates for the work to be carried out and take payment on a monthly basis for your convenience, to guarantee you are not hit with any unexpected bills. We believe it is our duty to keep you fully informed of the total estimated fees throughout the process, to ensure you are in full control of finances and able to manage payments effectively. We enable you to limit the maximum budget and we will cease to complete further work beyond this limit unless you instruct us to do so.
