The successful applicants are likely to have :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Family Law
- Experience of working with minimum supervision
- Experience of Legal Aid matters and funding applications using CCMS and relevant Legal Aid Guidelines
- Looking to manage a varied caseload of privately (and publicly) funded private law cases
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Resolution member or willing to become a member
- A developed strong personal brand and reputation would be desirable
- Good IT skills to work in a paperless environment
- Current driving licence
