Steph completed her qualification with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2012 and is currently in the process of completing a portfolio of work in order to be recognised as a Fellow.

Steph has worked with local law firms since leaving college aged 18 and now specialises in Family Law. She has experience in dealing with private law matters such as divorce and child arrangements however she is now focusing her attention on dealing with public law matters i.e. care proceedings. Steph represents parents and other family members within care proceedings brought by Local Authorities. Steph also represents clients during the pre-proceedings process (known as PLO).

Steph strives to keep her clients updated at all times throughout their case so that they understand what is happening and why. She is empathetic and approachable and will always do what she can to try and achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
